HPE New York 2021
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM EDT
That’s a wrap on HPE New York 2021! Thank you to our speakers, sponsors and everyone who joined for the exclusive, virtual sessions with insights from private equity investors and industry leaders on all the most relevant opportunities and challenges in the health private equity landscape.
If you were unable to attend live, you can still register to view the sessions on-demand. And you can find all the program details below.
We are experiencing the most extraordinary pace of healthcare private equity transactions in recent history, and there is no slowdown in sight. Unprecedented deal volume is being driven by a number of factors, including attractive credit markets, more money than ever chasing deals, lasting healthcare delivery changes spurred by the pandemic and the surprising pace at which large scale physician aggregation is accelerating.
As a result, investors are facing new issues, including limited bandwidth among fund professionals, scarce quality advisory resources and the need to modify transaction approaches, for both buyers and sellers, in order to succeed.
This year’s HPE New York was held virtually and featured an elite faculty of private equity leaders. The program included three different sessions in the afternoon, with industry leaders sharing practical insights.
The morning kicked off with a Big Bankers Breakfast Discussion from 8:00 am – 9:00 am EDT. Early risers joined virtually for a discussion with leading investment bankers who discussed the current market climate for healthcare investing and shared their insights on hot sectors, growth strategies and the dealmaking outlook for 2022.
