Peregrine represents corporations, their boards of directors, and individual directors and officers in connection with the full range of governance, fiduciary duty, director liability and leadership issues. Much of Michael’s practice involves advising boards of directors on matters of sensitivity and controversy, often in connection with corporate and fiduciary crises.
